Move-out cleaning is priced by property size. It is priced higher than standard cleaning because of the comprehensive scope — every cabinet, appliance, closet, and surface must be cleaned to rental-return standards. Contact us for an exact quote.

We spot-clean scuffs and marks. If your walls need repainting or have significant damage, that's beyond cleaning scope — but basic spots, we handle.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
