No. Most move-in cleans are performed before the customer moves in. You can arrange key or lockbox access and we will complete the cleaning and send you a notification when done.

Both services are deep-level cleans and use the same comprehensive checklist. The difference is timing and intent. A move-out cleaning is performed by the outgoing tenant. A move-in cleaning is performed for the incoming tenant or new homeowner.

We recommend it. Even properties that look clean on the surface often have areas that have not been properly addressed between tenants or owners — inside cabinets, behind toilets, in appliances.

A move-in cleaning typically takes 4 to 6 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. We will give you a time estimate with your quote.

Life happens and that's okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price.

If you're not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean! We will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window) at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
